Doncaster Poker Tables and our personnel are completely dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction. All of our poker tables are custom built and made to order. We will process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible and delivery is usually within 21-28 days.

We aim to provide high levels of customer satisfaction and will provide service consistent with best practice. In the unlikely event of a complaint you should send it by email to mailto:complaints@doncasterpokertables.org.uk You will be contacted within 3 working days.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information collected about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data protection Act 1998). We only collect basic information provided by you to enable us to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We will never collect sensitive information about you other than the basic details you give us on the order form. You can check the information we hold on you at any time by emailing us and we will be happy to correct any inaccuracies promptly. All information is held securely in accordance with this policy.

Please note:

  1. We do not ship to international addresses or post office boxes. United Kingdom addresses only.

  2. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the authorities, with information as to these activities, this includes national and international credit card fraud.

  3. The use of this site is at your own personal discretion.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition in the original condition with all documentation and packing included. Immediately after we have received and inspected your package you will get your complete refund (less a 15% restocking fee and less the original delivery costs). If a product has been damaged during shipping, we ask you to contact us immediately. Always save the packing slip from the shipper and your receipt.
